🔁 Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at karshji123@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In case of a product marked as "Final Sale", refunds are not applicable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at karshji123@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will process a refund or replacement free of charge.

📦 Return Address

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address.
